Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a storage body from projecting naturally from a retainer by a spring force caused by the unlocking by the inertial load in high impact. SOLUTION: This storing device comprises a retainer 6 mounted on an interior member of a vehicle and having a groove 1e extending in the box taking in and out direction, a box 5 capable of taking in and out with respect to the retainer 6, a driving mechanism for driving the box 5 in the direction to be projected from the retainer 6, a lock device 4 movable along the groove 1e formed on the retainer 6, and holding the box 5 in the retainer 6 against the driving force of the driving mechanism, and an elastic member 7 engaged with the retainer 6 at its one end and engaged with the lock device 4 at the other end.
