SOLUTION: A film is produced by using a raw material prepared by mixing polybutylene terephthalate containing 5-20 wt.% of a polytetramethylene glycol unit with a mol.wt. of 600-4,000 (modified PBT) and polyethylene terephthalate(PET) in a wt. ratio of PET/modified PBT=55/45-70/30 and the thickness irregularity in the lateral and longitudinal directions of the film satisfies Rt/Tt
