Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective sheet which effectively prevents the deterioration of an impervious sheet by UV rays and laden snow and allows essay replacement. SOLUTION: This protective sheet 1 is formed by affixing cloth mesh 3 atop a foam layer 2 consisting of foamed crosslinked polyethylene and having a closed cellular structure, laminating a film layer 4 made of an olefinic synthetic resin having UV shieldability on the upper layer thereof, affixing the cloth mesh 3 on the rear surface of the foam layer 2 as well and further providing the rear surface with an adhesive layer 5 consisting of an adhesive, then affixing release paper on its front surface. The foam layer 2 and the film layer 4 are melt adhered by polyethylene. The protective sheet is 1 formed to a length of about 20 m and a width of 1.1 m.
