Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the ventilation of a dressing room, and further permit exhausting of a bathroom and the dressing room through one piece of exhaust duct, when a bathroom heater is provided in only the bathroom, for example. SOLUTION: The ceiling of a bathroom is provided with a bathroom heating and drying machine main body for heating the bathroom. A ventilation unit for ventilating the air of the bathroom and a dressing room is provided in a main body case. Air in the dressing room is sucked into the main body case through a suction duct, while air in the bathroom and the dressing room is exhausted together through an exhaust duct. In this case, the suction duct and the exhaust duct are integrated by a duct integrating pipe 12 and are connected to the main body case, while the duct integrating pipe 12 is formed of an exhaust duct connecting unit 42 for connecting the exhaust duct and a suction duct connecting unit 44, for connecting the suction duct to secure flow passages for both of sucked air and exhausted air.
