INVERTED CONSTRUCTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverted construction method in which a small number of opening parts to be open in the first story above ground are sufficient, efficiency in the work of moving load is satisfactory, and it is possible to improve work environments. SOLUTION: The second basement level is taken as a work floor, and a traveling rail 5 for a hoist crane 4 is installed beneath the floor of the first story above ground i.e., in the ceiling of the work floor. One to a few opening parts 1 are provided in the first story above ground, and a traverser 3 is installed between the opening part 1 and a travelling rail 5 for the hoist crane 4. As the traverser 3 enables the hoist crane 4 to move horizontally together with a part of the traveling rail 5 i.e., a movable-type traveling rail 5', it is possible to move a load 2 temporarily placed on the work floor freely horizontally from the traverser 3 along the travelling rail 5 for the hoist crane 4.
