LIQUID SETTING PROMOTER FOR HYDRAULIC BINDER AND PRODUCTION AND USAGE OF THE PROMOTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject promoter having good preservation stability and setting promotive performance without getting solidified even after stored for a given period by wet grinding of a mixture of a component I as an aqueous solution or aqueous suspension of aluminum sulfate and a component II consisting of at least one kind of calcium aluminate-based compound powder to react the component II with water.
