Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous operation while lowering the cost required for obtaining measurements by calculating a steady value from superposition through addition of time variations in the previous regulating amount when inking is performed and calculating a new regulating amount from that steady value, a target color position value and an actual color value. SOLUTION: An output signal from a detector 18 for detecting the color measurement of the print image 19 of a web 2 is fed to the measurement converter 25 of an ink regulator 23 and the measurement converter 25 converts the color measurement into an actual thickness value of a ink layer for each print ink 6. A target value converter 24 delivers a specific measurement position to a console 20 and converts a color target value stored in a memory 30 into an ink layer target thickness value. The actual thickness value of a ink layer and the ink layer target thickness value are delivered to a calculator 26 where a new adjusting amount of a hydraulic regulator 27 is calculated from the comparison value thereof and a previously programmed steady value.
