Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch a packing by simple operation. SOLUTION: A first tensile stripe piece 106 for holding the rear edge 6 of a packing 5 and a second tensile stripe piece 107 for holding the front edge 7 thereof are provided on the guide surface 113 of the cylinder 4 of a printing press in a slidable manner. A compression coil spring 114 is provided between the stopper 112 fixed to a frame and the first tensile stripe piece 106 and a stopper 111 being an eccentric shaft regulating the movement of the second tensile stripe piece 107 is provided in the guide groove of the vertical beam of the stopper 112 fixed to the frame in a rotatable manner and a cam roller 109 is supported on a regulation member 108 in a rotatable manner.
