MANUFACTURE OF GRANULATED LIQUID ORGANIC RUBBER CHEMICALS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To upgrade flowability and a metering accuracy, to improve a working environment with little scatterability and good dispersibility and to make quality uniform by powdering organic rubber chemicals which are in a liquid or pasty state at an ordinary temperature without adding an additive except a rubber reinforcing agent and a filler, then compression molding and granulating the chemicals. SOLUTION: Organic rubber chemicals which are in a liquid or pasty state at an ordinary temperature are powdered without adding an additive except a rubber reinforcing agent and a filler, and then compression molded. As the liquid chemicals, a tetrabutylthiuram disulfide of a vulcanization accelerator, an octylated styrenated diphenylamine, a styrenated phenol or the like of an antioxidant is used. As the reinforcing agent, the filler, a silica, a calcium carbonate, a dexie clay or the like is used. In the powering, for example, a rotary mixer is used, and as the granulating, a compression type granulating machine is used.
