Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain high purity water by preventing the mixing of bubbles by forming a take-off port for distilled water in a storage part formed downstream from a condenser and installing a takeoff controlling means for controlling the take-off of distilled water corresponding to the level of the distilled water in the storage part in the takeoff port. SOLUTION: Pure steam is supplied from a steam supply line 5 to a condenser 1 to be condensed. A storage column 8 is installed at the lower end of the condenser 1, and distilled water storage part 9 and a takeoff part 10 are formed. A takeoff controlling means 12 comprising a float member 13 and a valve mechanism 14 connected to the member 13 is installed in the takeoff part 10, and the takeoff of distilled water is controlled corresponding to the water level of the storage part 9. An exhaust line 19 is installed in the upper part of the storage column 8. The downstream of a takeoff line 11 is divided into two, and distilled water is passed into a distilled water tank 23 or a drainage tank 24 on the basis of the detected signal of an electric conductivity detecting means. Since only distilled water can be taken out from a part below the water level of the storage part, the mixing of bubbles can be prevented.
