Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject food casing which can easily be peeled and has improved handleability and long period preservability, by subjecting the inside surface of the food easing to an impregnation treatment, or the like, using a specific peeling preparation. SOLUTION: A hydrated cellulosic tubular food casing whose inside is impregnated or coated with a peeling preparation. Therein, the peeling preparation contains (A) a reactive hydrophobicity-imparting component such as a chromium- fatty acid complex preferably in an amount of 1.0 to 6.0 wt.% (based on the total weight of the preparation), (B) a non-reactive peeling component such as carboxymethylcellulose preferably in an amount of 1.0 to 3.0 wt.%, and (C) an oil and/or a lecithin component, such as olive oil, preferably in an amount of 2.0 to 12.0 wt.%. The peeling preparation preferably contains one or more other additives, preferably a secondary plasticizer such as glycerol, in an amount of 8 to 15 wt.%. |
