Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the damage of a disk at the time of landing a head by moving an output part of a driving means at a slow speed and rotating it in the reverse direction to a direction applied to a slider so that the head loading of the head is executed by applying the output part to a head lifting mechanism. SOLUTION: A mode selection mechanism 51 has a gear motor and a cam disk 80 to be rotated by the gear motor and is arranged on the rear right end part of a chassis and the cam disk 80 is projected from the right side of a casing 79a of the gear motor and arranged so that its rotational shaft is extended in the horizontal direction. A cam projection part 81 is projected on a position eccentrically deviated from the rotational center of the cam disc 80 so as to be turned to the right direction, and when the disk 80 is slowly rotated by the drive of the gear motor, the projection part 81 is moved in the peripheral direction. The mechanism 51 is provided with a position detection switch for detecting the position of the projection part 81 to detect the position of the projection part 81.
