Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a measuring instrument which contrives the constitution of a scale plate and in which the display state of the scale plate has a peculiar three-dimensional effect and to obtain its scale plate. SOLUTION: This scale plate 10a is provided with a transparent board 11, The scale plate is provided with a plurality of convex lens parts 11b which are formed on the surface of the transparent board 11 so as to be in a matrix shape. The scale plate is provided with respective pixel parts 11c which are formed on the rear of the transparent board 11 so as to be in a matrix shape by corresponding to the respective convex lens parts 11b. The plurality of convex lens parts 11b are situated so as to deviate to the arc direction of an arc- shaped display pattern part on the scale plate 10a with reference to the respective pixel parts 11c corresponding to the respective convex lens parts, and they have focuses in positions far away from the respective pixel parts 11c.
