Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the weight of a movable flange and a production cost by integrating a cylinder part forming a pressure chamber for reciprocating the movable flange and the movable flange by plastic working. SOLUTION: This pulley is provided with an immovable flange 6 fixed on a rotation shaft S1 and a movable flange 8 reciprocating in axial direction of a rotation shaft S2. Weight reduction of the movable flange 8, accuracy improvement of a cylinder part 11 and reduction of production cost can be achieved by integrating the cylinder part 11 forming a pressure chamber 16 with the movable flange 8 by plastic working.
