Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an emulsion for maintaining stability for a long period of time by using an emulsifying agent comprising a specific polyglycoside and an aliphatic alcohol as main components. SOLUTION: This emulsion comprises (A) 4.5-99.5 wt.% of water, (B) 0-95 wt.% of an oil (e.g. coconut oil, etc.), (C) 0-50 wt.% of an active substance (e.g. an additive for a cosmetic, etc.), and (D) 1-2.5 wt.% of an emulsifying agent composed of (i) 30-65 wt.% of an aliphatic alcohol of the formula ROH (R is a 12-22C saturated aliphatic group or the like), (ii) a polyglycoside mixture containing a polypentoside of the formula R1O(P)1 (R1 is a 12-22C saturated aliphatic group or the like; P is a pentose residue; n is 1-5) and a polyhexoside of the formula R2O(H)n2 (R2 is a 12-22C saturated aliphatic group or the like; H is a hexose residue; n2 is 1-5) or (III) a polyglycoside mixture of the formula R3O(G1)a(G2)b(G3)c(G4)d(G5)e (R3 is a 12-22C saturated aliphatic group or the like; G7 to G5 are each a saccharide residue; (a) to e are each O or 1 and the sum of (a) to e is >=1). |
