Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent foreign matter from being mixed into a coating material and prevent dangers of inflammation and explosion due to static electricity, by attaching an inner bag sheet made of polyethylene or a laminate type inner bag sheet comprising polyethylene and nylon, which has specific thickness and surface leak resistance. SOLUTION: The thickness of an inner bag sheet 9 attached to the inside of a drum can 7 is approximately 0.05-0.5 mm. When the thickness exceeds the upper limit, it makes its disposal difficult and impairs workability in the attachment of it to the inside of the drum can 7 and the close contact of it with the internal wall of the drum can 7. When the thickness is less than the lower limit, its barrier properties with respect to a solvent are degraded. A polyethylene sheet or a laminate type sheet comprising polyethylene and nylon is suitable as the inner bag sheet 9. Further, it is preferable that the surface leak resistance of the inner bag sheet 9, in the case it is molded in a sheet form, be approximately 1.0×1012 Ω or less. The thickness exceeding the upper limit makes it difficult for generated static electricity to escape, causing a danger of ignition. The thickness less than the lower limit impairs its strength and the degree of its stretch and is, therefore, not suitable for the production of the bag. |
