Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an account settlement system, selling system or broadcasting system improved in convenience and safety by using electronic value. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a fixed terminal 11 such as set-top box(STB), a mobile terminal 13 such as portable telephone set and a server 15 for performing account settling processing related to the issue of electronic value or order of electronic value and respective components are connected to a cable or wireless communication network. The server 15 receives the order of electronic value such as electronic ticket, settles accounts and transmits the electronic value to a designated terminal. Besides, the server 15 receives the request of a service, performs processing related to the service request and transmits the service to the designated terminal which requests the service.
