Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure an operation parameter under a fixed operating condition without bringing about an increase of a human cost and the drop of the work efficiency of a construction machine and also to surely acquire accurate data. SOLUTION: A specific location Q or a specific area Ar where the operating condition of a vehicle 50 becomes a specific operating condition is previously set among respective locations or respective areas on a track 51 on which the vehicle 50 travels. Then, the operation parameters P at the points of time ts1, ts2, ts3, ts4,... tsn when the vehicle 50 travels through the location Q or the area Ar are acquired. The abnormality of the vehicle is diagnosed on the basis of the values (maximum value Pmax) of the acquired operating parameters P.
