Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively drip water with a simple structure by providing stepped parts in a staggered state on opposed surface in a workpiece dropping passage disposed in a vertical direction, dropping a cleaned workpiece by its own weight in a dropping passage while colliding the cleaned workpiece with the portion, and shaking remaining waters in a blind hole or a small-diameter hole of the workpiece by a shock and an inversion when collided. SOLUTION: In the dripping device 10, a plurality of stepped parts 12a, 12b are provided in a staggered state on an opposed surface in a cylindrical material 11 in a vertical direction in a zigzag state in a dropping passage so that a workpiece W is inverted by a shock when collided and dropped. Then, a shape, a size or the like of the workpiece W is set in a suitable range, and the workpiece W is formed of a steel material, and a fiber-reinforced plastic having impact resistance such as carbon fiber. A chute 13 for introducing the workpiece from a discharge end of a conveyor 1 into a cylindrical body 11 is provided, a vertical distance between the parts 12a and 12b is set to a length by considering a dropping orbit of the workpiece W, and number of the parts 12a, 12b is set so as to drip the workpiece W by inverting the workpiece W while receiving a shock. Thus, dripping can be effectively executed with a simple constitution. |
