Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication mechanism without invasion of polluted air into an isolator apparatus where no sterilization and no dust state in a clean room is kept unchanged even either a closed state or a communication state. SOLUTION: Variable communication passages 12, 12 communicated with another isolator apparatus are provide on isolators 1a, 1b where it is kept in a sterilization and no-dust state interiorly and closed, and the variable communication passages 12, 12 are brought into a closed narrow passage mode X in a closed sate of the isolator with opening and closing operation of a movable gate 20 constituting at least one surface of the passages, and brought into an open wide passage mode Y in a communication state of the isolators 1a, 1b. Further, an air blowoff surface 22 is formed on a peripheral surface of the variable communication passage 12, and air pressure is applied to a variable communication passage 12 side at all times from the air blowoff surface 22.
