Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acrylic ultrafine fiber having dyeing clarity which is desired in clothes, suppressed luster, and further soft and smooth feeling. SOLUTION: This acrylic ultrafine fiber with suppressed luster has groove- shaped wrinkles 1 on the fiber surface, 10-50 lines of wrinkles having the shortest distance from the bottom 3 between wrinkles 1,1 to the line 2 linking the tops of the wrinkles 1,1 of 0.02-0.4 μm on an arbitrary cross section perpendicular to the direction of fiber axis and single fiber fineness of 0.01-0.6 dtex, and comprises an acrylonitrile copolymer composed mainly of an acrylonitrile unit and having 0.3 mol% or more of acidic groups.
