Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a puncture adaptor for an ultrasonic probe in a body cavity and the ultrasonic probe in the body cavity which achieve higher accuracy and higher workability of cleaning a guide hole of a puncture needle and enables simple and accurate mounting of the puncture adaptopr for the ultrasonic probe in the body cavity, and moreover, minimizes unevenness with the puncture adaptor mounted on the ultrasonic probe in the body cavity to reduce uneasiness and pains of a subject. SOLUTION: This puncture adaptor 100 for an ultrasonic probe in a body cavity detachably mounted on an ultrasonic probe 31 in the body cavity includes an adaptor body 1 which has a roughly semi-cylindrical shape and a groove formed inside the semicylindrical shape from the rear end to the tip thereof and a roughly plate-shaped attachment 7 detachable inside the adaptor body 1.
