Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption and improve operability by detecting gradient of a vacuum cleaner body with a detecting means, and controlling a rotation speed of an electric blower responsive to an output of a gradient detecting means with a control means. SOLUTION: When a vacuum cleaner body 9 is inclined forward, a weight 8 separates from a first sensor 4 to decrease an output of the first sensor 4, and the weight 8 approaches to a second sensor 5 to increase an output of the second sensor 5. When the vacuum cleaner body 9 is inclined backward, the situation is opposite. When the output of the second sensor 5 is large and substantially constant, a control means 2 discriminates that the vacuum cleaner body 9 is inclined forward for cleaning, and operates an electric blower 7 at a high rotation speed. When the output of the second sensor 5 is small or the output of the second sensor 5 is now large but varies to small value, the control means 2 discriminates that the vacuum cleaner body 9 is substantially horizontal and takes a break, and operates the electric blower 7 at a low rotation speed. When the output of the second sensor 5 is null, the operation is turned off. |
