Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card, suitable for operating arbitrary recording by moving the sublimation dye of a head transfer sheet to the whole face or one part of a card surface by the heat of a thermal head according to a picture signal. SOLUTION: This is a noncontact IC card 1 that an IC unit is incorporated inside a card substrate, and a laminated structural part, in which a heat transfer receptive layer 6 is laminated on one axial or two axial extended porous film is formed on at least one face of this IC card, so that the receptive layer 6 can be positioned at the surface side. In this case, it is desirable that the film base material of a single layer or multilayer porous extended film 5 be selected from among a polyolefin film, a polyester film, and a vinyl chloride resin film. Also, it is desirable that the receptive layer 6 be made of dyeing resin as main components which is laminated on one face of the one axial or two axial extended porous polyester film, and that a nonporous polyester film be laminated on the other face with respect to a laminated structural part 7.
