Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card suitable for operating arbitrary recording by moving the sublimation dye of a heat transfer sheet by the heat of a thermal head, according to an image signal to the whole face or one part of a card surface. SOLUTION: This card has an IC loaded in it, and this card is obtained as a noncontact IC card, having a receptive layer formed on at least one face of the card and made of dyeing resin as main components. In this case, the receptive layer is formed on the whole face or one part of a card substrate, and made of resin which is hardened by active energy rays. In this case, it is desirable that the active energy rays be ultraviolet rays. Also, it is desirable that the card base materials of the face having the receptive layer be a porous film selected from among a polyolefin film, polyester film, and a vinyl chloride resin film so that recording density can be made superior.
