PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a quality at each production point even by storing various kinds of inspection programs in an inspection server, selecting the inspection program by a defective condition, and downloading the inspection program the quality of which can be improved through a network. SOLUTION: Various kinds of inspection programs are stored on an inspection program table 8, reinforcement detection and simplification inspection are decided from defective information for each parts, and the inspection program for each parts of a device structure is selected. The selected inspection program for each parts adds an inspection condition transmitted from a defective information monitoring part 7 at an inspection program edition function part 9 and prepares a series of operation program. At the same time, image data are generated at an image data preparation part 11, is transmitted to an inspection information processor 2a through the network from an inspection program transmission part 12 of the inspection server 3 and an inspection information processor 2a downloads the inspection program.
