Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing type coupling and a differential device capable of sufficiently securing lubricating/cooling property. SOLUTION: This differential device 101 is provided with a differential gear mechanism 103 having a differential case 105 into which lubricating oil is filled, a pinion gear 117 rotatably supported within the differential case 105 and side gears 121, 123 connected each other via the pinion gear 117, a cone clutch 129, a plug 133 preventing leakage of lubricating oil to the outside of the differential case 105 and a seal ring 131. In this case, the device 101 is provided with an accumulator 73 having a diaphragm chamber 75 communicated with a tip wall of the differential case 105.
