MOLTEN METAL CARRYING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately put a molten iron ladle at a receiving seat in a truck after rightly standing by correcting an inclined posture of the molten iron ladle inclined caused by stuck material, by fitting ladle receiving seats at the lower part of trunnion shafts arranged on the barrel part of the molten iron ladle and arranging inclination correcting means for slidingly moving with the receiving seat of the truck at both sides. SOLUTION: The molten iron ladle holding the molten iron is raised by hooking a hook 12 in a main hoist 11 of a crane to the trunnion shaft arranged on the barrel part and tilted and the molten iron is charged into a converter from a charging hole 15 and refined. Thereafter, the molten iron ladle is lowered and the ladle receiving seats 10 fitted to the lower part of the trunnion shafts are put on the receiving seat 8 on the truck 6 and further, the molten iron ladle is carried to a molten iron receiving position. At both sides of the ladle reciving seat 10, a roller 19 for correcting the inclination and a roller 20 for regulating the position, are arranged. When the molten iron ladle after charging the molten iron is put on the truck 6, the molten iron ladle inclined caused by metal and slag stuck to the charging hole 15, etc., are slidingly moved to the receiving seat 8 and guide posts 18 with the rollers 19 to correcting the inclination and the rollers 20 for regulating the position to correct the inclination.
