Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite separate sheet constituted of a paper base sheet and a polyolefinic resin layer and reduced in the lowering of the peel strength of both of them even if receiving mechanical stress such as bending and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: In a composite sheet wherein a polyolefinic resin layer with a thickness of 10-50 μm comprising one of polypropylene with a melt index of 18-32 g/10 min and polyethylene with a melt index of 7-15 g/10 min is formed on both surfaces of a paper base sheet with a thickness of 0.5-5 mm, the holding ratio of the min. value of the peel strength of the base sheet and the polyolefinic resin layer after bending treatment is at least 50%.
