DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING HOLLOW BODIES FORMED OF DIFFERENT MATERIALS AND METHOD RELATIVE THERETO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for manufacturing hollow bodies formed of different materials which are of a small size and less costly and further, are easy to manufacture with a broad range of use applications and a method for manufacturing hollow bodies which are formed of different materials in an effective, simple and rapid manner and at a low cost. SOLUTION: This device comprises a supply unit 2 into which a solid plastic material is introduced, a plasticizing unit equipped with at least two rotating plasticizing screws 4 which convert the plastic material to a semisolid from a solid and at least two storage chambers 11 for a plasticized and at least one extrusion molding head 5 which coextrudes the semisolid plastic material flowing in from the storage chamber 11 to form the hollow body or a parison. This plasticizing screw 4 is movable into the axial direction, so that it pushes the plastic material to the extrusion molding head 5 from the storage chamber 11.
