Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove a burr formed in a bore inside changing its sectional shape by forming screw-shaped vanes, providing a plurality of vanes at prescribed intervals, and fitting respective fitting ends to a fixing base into outward opened states. SOLUTION: This inside burr removing tool 1 for an aluminum casting cylinder provides rectangular tool steel 2 with a twist and employs screw-shaped vanes 3 formed by notching its tip part. A plurality of screw-shaped vanes 3 are provided at prescribed intervals and their respective ends 5 are fitted to a fixing base by bolts in such a state as opened outward at an angle of about 15 deg.. The fixing base 6 is set detachably to a turning gear. When the fixing base 6 is attached to a spindle unit and rotated at high speed, the vanes 3 are opened outward by the centrifugal force and abut on the inside of the aluminum casting cylinder so as to remove the burr by the rotation. When the tool is lowered further and reaches an oval part in the bottom, the rotation speed is slowed down and the vanes 3 are allowed to enter the oval part to remove the burr.
