Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make effectively preventable falling off of bristles by sufficiently securing frictional force between both end burying parts of a flat line and the outer peripheral part of a bristle planting hole without generating a crack or albinism at an intermediate site between adjacent tuft holes. SOLUTION: Relating to a tooth brush obtained by implanting bristles to plural bristle planting holes 15 formed at a block head 14 via a flat line 17, the flat line 17 is fixed across the holes 15 by burying both the end parts to the outer peripheral parts of the holes 15. At both end burying part 21 of the line 17, a hook-formed engaging piece 18 is formed by bend-extending at the outer peripheral part of the holes 15 or an anchor piece is formed by widen- deforming its thickness at the outer peripheral part of the holes 15. Thus, the bristle bundle 12 never easily falls off from the holes 15. It is desirable that the falling off strength of the bristle bundles 12 is equal to or stronger than 5 kg. |
