Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic electronic part array, where elements are each possessed of required characteristics, and cross talk is restrained between the adjacent elements. SOLUTION: The adjacent elements R1 and R2 of a larninated ceramic electronic part array are arranged in different regions 5a and 5b from the viewpoint of the direction of lamination, and elements 2a and other elements 2b are set different from each other, at least, as to one of following three points, (a) the number of laminated inner electrodes 2(2a and 2b), (b) the opposed area of the inner electrodes 2(2a and 2b) confronting each other through the intermediary of a ceramic layer, and (c) a distance between the inner electrodes 2(2a and 2b) confronting each other through the intermediary of a ceramic layer. Mother ceramic green sheets 10 where the inner electrodes 2(2a and 2b) are arranged nearly in the same pattern are formed, and the green sheets 10 are laminated shifting optionally from each other in position, by which a laminated ceramic electronic part array is manufactured using the ceramic green sheets 10 of a kind.
