Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electrode terminal from contacting with a cross section of a metallic barrier layer in a laminate by forming the electrode terminal side laminated body of a polymer battery out of a sealing part including a part of the electrode terminal and an unsealed part extending from the sealing part, and adhering a folding-back part by outwardly folding back the laminate of the unsealed part to the superposing surface. SOLUTION: A non-electrode terminal side rear seal part 8 and an electrode terminal side front seal part 7 of a polymer battery 1 are formed as a sealing part including a part of an electrode terminal, and an unsealed part having a cutout on both ends is arranged so as to extend to the front seal part 7. Since a folding-back part 10 by outwardly folding back the unsealed part and the superposing part are adhered by an adhesive part 11, a cross section of a barrier layer being a conductive layer is not exposed on an electrode terminal 3-exposed case end surface, so that there is no risk of short-circuiting an exposed cross section of an electrode terminal 3 and the barrier layer. A case 5 can completely seal a polymer battery body 2 only by exposing a part of the electrode terminal 3.
