Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management system capable of accurately and efficiently preparing a production plan on the production side in accordance with mathematical algorithm. SOLUTION: The system predicts a 1st sound inventory of the selling side 110(j) by taking prediction errors generated in a 1st fixed period (a period to be required from the order of a commodity up to a practical selling available state) into consideration, predicts a 2nd sound inventory of the production side 130 by taking prediction errors generated in the period of a 2nd fixed period (a period to be required from the supply of materials for producing the commodity up to a practical commodity deliverable state) into consideration and determines predicted production from these predicted results on the production side 130.
