Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a water cut-of property of a pipe joint without degrading the executability. SOLUTION: A string-shaped gellike cut-off material 3 in which the characteristic of the breaking elongation is maximum 1300% and it is not changed in the service temperature range between -40 deg.C and 80 deg.C is wound around an end portion of a tube while applying the constant tension, the end portion around which the cut-off material 3 of this tube 1 is wound is inserted in a joint member 2, the gellike cut-off material 3 is returned to a condition before applying the tension inside the joint member 2, and thus, the gellike cut-off material 3 is filled between the joint member 2 and the tube 1 to cut-off water.
