Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete form panel, which has large mechanical strength, in which a crosspiece need not be installed and which has excellent profitability. SOLUTION: In the concrete form panel with a panel body 1 formed by heating and compressing a molding material in which a binder is added to split fibers obtained by splitting a wastepaper material by a dry type and reinforcing ribs 4 as beltlike projecting sections disposed on one surface of the panel body 1, the compounding ratio of the binder is made to differ by the panel body 1 and the reinforcing ribs 4, and the binder-containing ratio of the reinforcing ribs 4 is made larger than that of the panel body 1.
