PEDESTAL INSTALLATION STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a pedestal to beams or joists. SOLUTION: At the time of installing a plate-like pedestal 5 which is a frame for installing equipment, on beams 1 or joists provided in frame shape to support a building floor, the pedestal 5 is placed on the beams 1 or joists, and anchors 7 are arranged on the lower face side of the pedestal 5 being positioned at both side parts of each beam 1 or joist, and respectively fastened to both ends of a fixture 8 mounted to the lower part of the beam 1 or joist. An adhesive 9 is fitted in an abutting part between the pedestal 5 and the beam 1 or joist to rigidly fix them. Or the anchors 7 are fastened to the fixture 8 bonded to both side faces of the beam 1 or joist. A recessed part 6 is provided on the lower face side of the pedestal 5 and fitted to the upper part of the beam 1 or joist. A steel frame member is laid being bonded between the beams 1 or joists, and the anchors 7 are fastened to the steel frame member.
