Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a flexible polyurethane foam and a semi-flexible polyurethane foam. SOLUTION: A cell opening additive agent, which is used for producing a flexible or semi-flexible polyurethane foam by reacting an organic polyisocyanate with a polyol in the presence of a urethane catalyst, water as a foaming agent, if necessary, a silicone surface active agent, a cell stabilizer and a cell opening additive agent, is an aqueous dispersion of a particle comprising a wax material and if necessary an emulsifier, at least 35% of which has a diameter of 0.2-5 μm and a melting point lower than a maximum heat generation temperature by at least 55 deg.C.
