Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preparation method preparing raw material for cosmetics including effective substance extracted from fresh umbilical cord in the most mild condition as possible, while excluding toxic microorganism or the like. SOLUTION: The raw material for luxurious cosmetics is prepared by washing a fresh umbilical cord originating from human or animal to carry out blood removal, drying, soaking in ethanol having concentration at least 95 volume.%, drying and soaking in water to extract the active ingredient.
