Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking and the growing of a coating material in a ventilation passage for discharging excess coating material and to decrease the flow-out resistance in the ventilation passage in the case of applying a powder coating material on the inside surface of a pipe. SOLUTION: This masking device for a device for horizontally supporting the pipe having a faucet 1a at one end and coating inside surface of the pipe by rotating the pipe around the axis center is constituted so that a cylindrical masking member 5 inserted into the inside of the faucet 1a of the pipe 1 is provided with the even number of hollow shafts 28a provided projectingly in the diameter direction and the ventilation passage provided to be arranged in series to the masking member 5 and to be communicated with each other in the opposite side of the pipe to be coated.
