Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower leakage current, while keeping low equivalent series resistance characteristics by specifying ambient temperature at conducting of aging process. SOLUTION: A capacitor element 7 is manufactured by rolling an anodized foil 1 and an opposed cathode foil 2 with a separator 3 inserted inbetween. After the capacitor element 7 is immersed in a chemical polymerization solution, heat treatment is applied as necessary to form polymer layers of 3,4- ethylenedioxythiophene, which adhere to the anodized foil 1 and to the opposed cathode foil 2. The capacitor element 7, in which electrically conductive polymer layers are formed, is provided with a rubber packing 9 mounted on lead tab members 61 and 62 and is encapsulated in an aluminum outer case 8 of a bottomed cylinder shape. The capacitor is subjected to aging by applying a specified voltage. The ambient temperature of the aging is about 130-180 deg.C. |
