SOLUTION: When an access is generated from a client 3, a session specification information generation means 1a generates session ID for specifying the session of the client 3 and supplies the ID to a definition information supply means 1e and a relational information generation means 1b. The means 1b specifies corresponding definition information by referring to a date generated by a timer 1h, generates relational information for relating the definition information to the session ID and stores the relational information in a relational information storing means 1c. A definition information specification means 1d acquires the session ID supplied from the means 1a at the first access of the session, and for succeeding accesses, acquires the session ID supplied from the client 3, refers to the relational information stored in the means 1c, acquires its corresponding definition information from a definition information storing part 1g, and transmits the acquired information to the requesting client 3 through the means 1e.
