Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement precision of a fluidic element wherein a throttle channel part is installed on the downstream side of a channel enlarging part formed between symmetrically arranged enlarged channel forming members, and the channel enlarging part has a center on a main circular arc having the center at a position from the nozzle jet surface to the main circular arc radius, and is constituted of a sub-circular arc part having a sub-circular arc radius as the radius, and a plane part formed of a common tangent of the main circular arc and the sub-circular arc. SOLUTION: A plane part 10 is formed of common tangents of two main circular arcs C1 having two points at positions of specified displacement distances from a flow channel axis Z as the centers, and sub-circular arcs C2 having the centers at the outermost intersections of parallel lines S. An escaping flow channel 17 is formed between the plane part 10 and a nozzle jet surface 3, and interconnects an escaping flow channel aperture part 13 with the downstream side of a throttle channel part 15. The escaping channel aperture width βsatisfies a relation 0.57 |
