Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and accurately measure the thickness of a sprayed material on a wall surface after excavation. SOLUTION: In such a state where a excavation section can be scanned along its circumferential direction while the excavated section is collimated almost orthogonally by using a light-wave distance measuring device, the surface excavated without timbering is scanned in the sectional circumference direction at the specified sectional position after excavation of the ground by the light- wave distance measuring device, so as to obtain a data concerning the shape of the excavated surface without timbering, and then the sprayed surface is scanned again along the sectional circumference direction at the specified sectional position during a desired phase of spraying work or at the end of spraying work by the light-wave distance measuring device, so that a data concerning the shape of sprayed thickness during spraying or after the completion of spraying can be obtained and the sprayed thickness be also obtained on the basis of the data concerning the shape of excavated surface and the shape of sprayed thickness.
