Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a louver at a normal position in an easily attached or detached and shaking preventive state. SOLUTION: The louver mounting device of a ventilating fan comprises a frame formed at a front portion of a ventilating fan body 4, and a louver 8 having pawls 9 engaged with a louver engaging portion 6 provided on an upper side outer periphery of the frame 3. In this case, a tapered portion 7 is provided on a boundary between a front surface at a lower side of the frame 3 and the outer periphery. A tapered rib 10 having the same taper as the tapered portion 7 and a holding rib 11 are provided at a lower side of the louver 8, and hence the louver 8 is easily attachably and detachably mounted at a normal position.
