Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure a space to contain a control circuit and to reliably hold engagement of a louver panel with a louver space. SOLUTION: A containing part 3 for a control circuit protruding in an angular C-shape is situated closer to the lower part on the front side of a louver base 5 in a square frame-form state. A panel engaging part 4 is situated closer to an upper part, and engaging pieces 8 engaging with the respective panel engaging parts 4 and an engaging part 10 engaged with the outer periphery of the containing part 3 for the control circuit are situated at a louver panel 7. This constitution ensures the space to contain the control circuit in the louver space 5 and reliably mounts the louver panel 7 by the engaging part 10 fitted in the containing part 3 of the control circuit.
