Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve sealing ability by simply assembling a head cover gasket to a cylinder head cover constituting a part of an engine. SOLUTION: Plural gasket fitting projections provided on the mating surface of the whole peripheral edge of a cylinder head cover 1 and plural fitting holes provided in a head cover gasket 3 are fitted to install a head cover gasket 3, a bolt fixing part gasket 12 having elastic hardness higher than the gasket 3 is integrally formed on the head cover gasket 3, and a metallic spacer 13 is incorporated in the bolt fixing part gasket 12. By this arrangement, when the cylinder head cover 1 is fastened to the cylinder head 4 by a bolt 8, the head cover gasket 3 is kept from being crushed more than needed so as to improve sealing ability. Further, the cylinder head cover 1 and the cylinder head 4 are of a floating structure so that oscillating noise is reduced.
