Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the corrosion resistance of a chromate treated galvanized steel sheet. SOLUTION: As to this galvanized steel sheet, a chromate film contains a chromium phosphate compd., and the compd. has a concn. gradient in the film thickness direction concentrated in the vicinity of the boundary with the plating layer. The chromium phosphate compd. concentrated and distributed in the vicinity of the boundary with the plating layer functions as a barrier layer checking the intrusion of corrosion factors (H2O, Cl, O2-, or the like) into base steel and strengthens its corrosion resistance. The chromate film is formed by coating the surface of the plating layer with a soln. of ammonium chromate contg. phosphoric acid of 1.8±0.2% concn., heating it to the temp. range of 100 to 160 deg.C at the temp. rising rate of 5 to 25 deg.C/sec to increase its temp. and holding it to the temp. range for 20 to 40 sec. |
