Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To granulate a waste plastic without causing clogging of die. SOLUTION: A waste plastic 4 fed to the inside of a die 1 of a die type granulator is compressed between the outer peripheral face of a roller 5 and an inner peripheral face of the die 1. Then when pushed out by the roller 5 and is passed through die holes 1a, the plastic is further compressed and heated and its circumferential part is melted and extruded from the die holes 1a. The molten part is solidified and hardened into a chalk-like cylindrical bodies 4a. At this time, when the temperature of the waste plastic is too high, the plastic is excessively melted not to form the cylindrical bodies 4a and the waste plastic melted in the die holes 4a closes the die holes. Consequently a die temperature corresponding to a waste plastic temperature capable of forming the cylindrical bodies 4a is fixed as a set value, the temperature of the die 1 is measured by a temperature sensor 2 attached to the die 1. When the measured temperature is higher than the set temperature, cooling water is jetted from a nozzle 3 to regulate the temperature of die. |
